Today I came across these words from Jorge Luis Borges:
"...the task of art is the transformation what is continually happening to us... to transform all these things into symbols, into music, into something which can last in man's memory."
Aujourd'hui j'ai lu les mots de Jorge Luis Borges:
"... le rôle de l'art est la transformation de ce que nous vivons sans cesse... de transformer toutes ces choses en symboles, en musique, en quelque chose qui peut rester dans la mémoire de l'homme."
